Registration
Registration is required for you to access or use any or all of the GooSync Services.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during
registration. You acknowledge you provided true information and are fully authorized
on behalf of the entity requesting service.

GooSync collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve the GooSync
Services we deliver. This may include providing you with more effective customer
service; making the GooSync Services easier to use by eliminating the need for you
to enter the same information repeatedly; performing research and analysis aimed
at improving our products, services and technologies; and displaying content and
advertising that are customised to your interests and preferences.
We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain
mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information
on technical service issues, and security announcements. We may also occasionally
send you customer surveys or promotional mail-outs to inform you of new GooSync
Services available from GooSync and its affiliates.

and processed in the UK or any other country in which GooSync or its affiliates,
subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using GooSync Services, you consent

Some GooSync Services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another
company. If you register for or use such services, both GooSync and the other company

prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required
to sign in with your credentials (username and password).
